Powerful Earthquake Hits Papua New Guinea

A 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit Papua New Guinea on the early morning of May 7, 2019, reported some media. The powerful earthquake is said to have occurred under the ocean, about 250 kilometers from the capital Port Moresby. There is, however, no tsunami threat.
