There have been increasing speculations about whether Thomas Markle will attend his daughter Meghan Markle's wedding to Prince Harry of England on May 19, 2018, following accusations of staging paparazzi photos of himself preparing for the landmark event. But now the truth of the matter has emerged.

On May 15, 2018 various media sources reported Kensington Palace announced Mr Thomas Markle will not attend the wedding, bringing to an end the speculations. Who will replace him to walk Meghan Markle down the aisle of St. George's Chapel in Windsor, is not known at the moment
