Tunisia Bans Full-Face Veil

Tunisia has banned wearing of full-face veil alias niqab in public areas with immediate effect, reported some media on July 6, 2019. According to the reports, the ban has been prompted by a recent deadly suicide bomb attack in the capital Tunis, by which two people were killed and several injured. The suicide bombers are said to have been wearing niqab.
