South Africa’s Zulu Kingdom on August 20, 2022, crowned a new monarch, namely King Misuzulu kaZwelithini (47). The coronation event that entailed a traditional Zulu ceremony took place at the KwaKhangelamankengane Royal Place in Nongoma town, KwaZulu-Natal.
King Misuzulu kaZwelithini succeeds his father King Goodwill Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu who died in March 2021.
