Italy's ex-Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is dead. The highly influentual, pragmatic, charismatic, and popular ex-PM died in Milan, on June 12, 2023. He was 86.

Sivio Berlusconi was Italy's longest serving PM since the Second World War. An entrepreneur, he entered Italy's political arena as a newcomer, hence a non-established political elite, becoming PM for the first time in 1994.

He was a political titan and fighter said to have survived a record over 50 votes of no confidence during his era as PM.
