62 Killed After Fuel Tanker Exploded In Tanzania
At least 62 people were killed after a fuel tanker exploded in Tanzania on August 10, 2019, reported media worldwide.
The fatal incident is said to have occurred in Morogoro municipality, about 200 kilometers west of the country's commercial hub of Dar es Salaam, when a fuel tanker that had crashed earlier, exploded into a gigantic ball of fire.
Some of the dead are said to have been siphoning free fuel from the crashed tanker before it exploded, while others were caught in fire that spread to surrounding areas from the core of the blast.
