Sezibera Appointed Rwanda's New Foreign Affairs Minister

President Paul Kagame of Rwanda has appointed Dr Richard Sezibera as the country's new minister of foreign affairs, reported East African media on October 18, 2018.

Former secretary-general of the East African Community, Dr Sezibera replaces Ms Louise Mushikiwabo who is now secretary-general of the International Organization of the Fancophone (OIF).
