Entertainment, Lifestyle, And Sports: Ramaphosa Expected In Uganda To Pay Lobola

President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa is expected to arrive in Uganda over the weekend to pay dowry alias lobola to the family of his son Andile Ramaphosa's bride to be Rwakairu Bridget. The lobola to be settled by the president entails 100 herds of cattle and other presents.

To be accompanied by a powerful Ramaphosa family/clan team, President Ramaphosa will meet Rwakairu Bridget's family and pay the lobola, in a cultural ceremony to be held on May 19, 2018, at the residence of Uganda's former Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi, in upmarket Kololo area in Kampala. Rwakairu Bridget is the niece of Amama Mbabazi.
