Entertainment, Lifestyle, And Sports: Reproduction Rates In Western World Threatened As Sperm Counts

Sperm counts alias sperm concentration of Western men is declining fast. According to an Israeli researcher Hagai Levine, sperm concentration of men in Western World has declined by over 50% in less than 40 years, reported Swedish SVT News on May 11, 2018.

Because sperm concentration is the best measure for male fertility, the researcher is said to have warned dwindling sperm concentration of Western men should be taken very seriously as it may threaten reproduction rates.

It is not understood why sperm concentration of men in Western World is decreasing so fast, but guessed factors include environmental pollution, lifestyle choices like smoking and alcohol intake, etc.
