Olivia Dean Wins First Grammy Award

Olivia Dean won the Best New Artists Award at the Grammy Awards 2026. The win implies her first Grammy Award. The nomination for the Grammy was also her first.

In her award acceptance speech, Olivia Dean paid tribute to her ancestors, saying and we quote partly as thus.

"I'm up here as a daughter of an immigrant....."

And continued her powerful tribute.

"I'm a product of bravery, and I think those people deserve to be celebrated"

Then, she became very humble indeed, saying and we quote partly one more time as follows.

"We 're nothing without each other.......never really imagined that I would be up here, let alone nominated"

For the award ceremony, the Man I Need hitmaker looked stunning in an elegant outfit comprising of Chanel gown with black strappy bodice, black feather peplum, and white satin skirt.

Grammy Awards 2026 alias the 68th Annual Grammy Awards or simply Grammys 2026, was held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, CA, USA, on February 1, 2026 (local time). The award ceremony was hosted by Trevor Noah.
