Kanye West To Contest For President In 2020

Kanye West announced on Twitter on July 4, 2020 that he will contest for president in 2020 US presidential election.

The famous wealthy African American rapper and entrepreneur who is married to beauty millionaire Kim Kardashian West, is a staunch supporter of President Donald Trump. Whether his announcement to bid for the presidential position in the forthcoming election implies diminished support for the Make America Great Again incumbent president, is unknown at the moment.

Hitherto his surprise announcement, Kanye West had said he had postponed his plans for running for president in 2020 so as not to pose any possible obstacles to Trump’s bid for a second term in office.
