Floods and Landslides Kill At Least 225 People In East Africa

Floods and landslides have killed at least 225 people in East Africa, reported some media on April 27, 2024.

According to the reports, floods and landslides resulting from days of torrential rainfall, have so far killed at least 155 people in Tanzania, and 70 in Kenya.

Also, the floods and landslides have left hundreds of thousands of people displaced, and destroyed buildings, infrastructure, and farms, not only in the two countries but in Burundi as well.
