Africa's Tallest Skyscraper To Open In October 2019

A 55 floor skyscraper called The Leonardio that has been under construction in Johannesburg, South Africa, is almost completed and will be opened for occupation in October 2019, reported some media on September 21, 2019.
With a height of 234 meters, The Leonardio is the tallest skyscraper in Africa. It is an up-market mixed use building comprising of commercial and residential uses. The former include offices, shops, restaurants, a gym, and a herbgarden; while the latter entail 254 apartments including a penthouse.
Located in downtown Johannesburg's quarter of Sandton, The Leonardio is owned by Legacy Group and Nedbank Group Ltd. The architects behind the skyscraper are Co-Arc International Architects.
