Unarmed African American Gunned Down By European American Policeman In Michigan

An unarmed African American man has been gunned down by an European American policeman in Grand Rapids, Michigan, reported some US media on April 14, 2022. Details of the incident said to have taken place on April 4, 2022, were revealed after Grand Rapids Police Department released some videos about it.

According to the videos, the unarmed African American man, namely Patrick Lyoya (26) and former immigrant from Democratic Republic of Congo, was gunned down barbarically after the brutal policeman stopped his automobile in a residential quarter of Grand Rapids. Mr Lyoya reportedly exited his vehicle and after heated exchange and struggle with policeman related to why he was stopped, he tried to get away from him. After a chase, the policeman managed to get hold of Mr Lyoya and pinned him down on a grass lawn of a residential property with his face down before shooting him at point-blank range in the back of his head.
