Government Torture Centres Operational In Burundi, Reveals BBC Investigation

An investigation conducted by BBC Africa Eye briefly described by BBC World Service on December 4, 2018, has revealed security services in Burundi operate secret centres for detaining and torturing opponents of the government there. According to the description, the investigation was furnished with information by former government intelligence officers.
