Uganda Halts Operations Of 54 Non-Profits

Government of Uganda on August 20, 2021, halted operations of 54 non-profits with immediate effect. That was reported by some media. Affected non-profits are said to have been involved in matters pertaining to the social, political, and environmental realms.
