Lesotho's PM To Face Charge For Murder Of Ex-Wife

Prime Minister (PM) Thomas Thabane of Lesotho will on February 21, 2020, appear in court in the capital Maseru, to face criminal charge for murder of his ex-wife Lipolelo Thabane. That was reported by some media on February 20,2020. Ms Lipolelo Thabane was shot dead in a car in a suburb of Maseru, on June 14, 2017.

The 80 year old PM who is now serving his second term in office, will also be charged with attempted murder of Ms Thato Sibolla who was with his former wife in the car at the time of the fatal shooting.
