African Heads Of State Snubbed At The 74th UN General Assembly?

Speeches by most African heads of state to the 74th United Nations General Assembly in new York City were characterized by massive absence of listeners, reported some media on September 30, 2019.

According to the reports, most seats in the assembly room remained empty as many walked out in almost every occasion an African head of state got onto the stage to deliver his/her speech.

Some now wonder whether the African heads of state were deliberately been snubbed by those from other continents. And if that is the case, why?
