Africa's Biggest Film Festival FESPACO 2019 Commences

Festival Pan-Africain Du Cinema Et De La Television De Ouagadougou alias FESPACO 2019 commenced in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso on February 23, 2019, amidst tight security. That was reported by various media on February 24, 2019.

FESPASCO is Africa's biggest film festival, and takes place in Ouagadougou every two years. FESPASCO 2019 also marks the event's 50th anniversary.
